Very good experience!! I'd come back anyway!

Very cozy, super clean. We are very grateful for the hostality they gave us, all very friendly. The breakfast is very good and it stands out that they are always concerned so that we felt comfortable. We were going to cancel one night and they didn't put us in any trouble, then we stayed in their living room until we could return. A 7 the attention and kindness. We also had a room with volcano view, beautiful! Thank you so much for everything!

Good

This is a good and nice hotel, the rooms are clean and big enough. You can have dinner there where we did the 2nd evening. The food was good and so was breakfast in the morning.
There is a swimming pool with terrace at Ember and there is ample parking at the hotel.
The hotel is located a half-hour walk from the center, which is easy to do. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS

The good: friendly service, good location since you can walk to the center, nice, parking
The bad: there is a lack of cleaning, there is fungus in the bathroom, there is a lack of maintenance in the facilities, for example there are broken pastries, the pastry mats are dirty, there are no pool towels for everyone, the grass is poorly maintained, the pool with mushrooms , as well as the gardens. Ugly decoration of the rooms.
The worst: we were in a room on the first floor. You can hear all the noise from the lobby, the bell at night when someone arrives, the light outside the window turns on when someone passes by and enters the room since it does not have a blackout curtain.

Great hotel and above all the attention
Caterin the best, congratulationsthe facilities are very good, the food is wonderful, the service is wonderful. We will always recommend it, plus the charming landscape

Just OK

A bit disappointed that it was so far out of town, about a mile, 25 mins walk. Staff not the friendliest. Room was tiny, really cramped twin for two of us. Pool wasn't very inviting, would not advise going if that is important to you.
fairly noisy from man road.
Breakfast was just ok. Reception area quite nice. Wouldn't go back, I assume there must be better in town.
