Room was very cleab and for the price, it was great as long as the condition is maintained. The AC worked great in my room and again, great price for the place I was in. The gym was solid and the people looked good. The neighborhood isnt the prettiest but its still close to a lot of nice places in Santiago and easily walkable. Would def recommend for this price and this general price range.

Vacation hotel Santa Rosa spot by andes
Airbnb hotel located in an area that seems uncrowded with an unwelcoming environment and relative cleanliness, characterized by a constant smell of urine and garbage that drags on all day long. The large presence of homeless people, one sleeping just under the window, gives the impression of an apparent lack of security. However, these individuals do not appear aggressive or unwelcome. There are significant disparities between neighbourhoods, both in terms of cleanliness and the condition of buildings. The apartment enjoys a convenient location to explore the area on foot, just 8 minutes from the metro and about 20 minutes from Bella Vista, Plaza des Armes and Sanhattan.
The equipment of the apartment is basic, mainly composed of furniture from IKEA. Registration proved to be somewhat complicated, seeming to indicate a lack of coordination with the security service, as the whole process is done via WhatsApp.
As for the condition of the apartment, it left something to be desired: the cleaning seemed superficial, the shower curtain was in poor condition with mold and the equipment in bathroom linen was insufficient, with only two bath towels, a hand towel, a roll of toilet paper and no dish towels for the duration of the 15-day stay. In the event of a request for a change of towels, a large fee is required, which makes it more economical to purchase new towels. The pool would be an asset that is underexploited, there are no amenities, no sun loungers, no umbrella, the only chair available does not have a cushion which makes it uncomfortable. The street is very busy and noisy at all hours of the day and night. Therefore, I do not recommend this property.

And we were close by activities for all ages. The actual area itself is a little bit sketchy, but it’s easy to walk out of the neighborhood and be at any landmark or restaurant in 10 minutes.

If I could give this property ZERO stars , I would. My entire stay there the shower didn’t work. I contacted the property and they said it would be fixed. Several days go by all the way to the end of my trip and the shower was never fixed and they stopped responding to me when I’d send a single WhatsApp message to them each day asking when it would be fixed. ZERO response for days on end , until the last day and still never received a response and the shower was broken all but one day of my trip. (It broke the first day k took a shower; showerhead fell off and shot water everywhere.)
Absolutely unacceptable to have no way to shower while in Santiago where the temps were approximately 90 degrees each day. Expedia reached out to the property and the property took zero accountability; I had to pay full price for a property without a working shower. Also, the bathroom had filthy floors and the shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it.
Would avoid this worthless property at all costs. Also, not happy with Expedia not making this property take accountability.

No air conditioning. Close to everything. Absolutely a bargain. I will be staying there again!!
