As a result, the room was not cleaned until the night on the 26th! On the first day of check-in, the room was too hot to sleep, and the TV couldn't be turned on. As a result, I sent an older lady who couldn't turn on the TV, and didn't know that the hotel had a humidifier. She said she was the only person on duty and couldn't help changing rooms. Put water in a trash can and put it on the ground... When I met the waiters during the day, no one took the initiative to say hello to us! Software services urgently need to be improved and do not match hardware
