We booked this hotel very last minute on the day as we wanted to enjoy a hot spring in the cold December weather. We loved our room which was warm and cozy and the service was great as the staff were super responsive on WeChat. We ordered meituan food delivery which was delivered directly to our room. We enjoyed the hotspring at night and in the morning. Breakfast was a bowl of Mixian noodles along with some other very healthy food. There is a very sweet border collie owned by the hotel staff who just made the stay so much better. Location wise, I don’t think there is not much near the hotel by walking distance, but we drove by car so it wasn’t a problem for us.

温泉没有开，全程没有人介绍怎么泡。早上因为会做咖啡的人不在所以没有咖啡，服务冷漠。坐便器的水会冲出来，花洒的角度不能调节，酒店里还在装修还是改造，总之很半成品的感觉。酒店里绿化还行，为我拿箱子的男生和女生点个赞吧。

您好，给您不好的体验，实在抱歉，温泉开放时间是早上10到夜里11点，客人到店都会告知泡澡前提前15分钟预约泡池。咖啡厅开放时间也是早上9.30之后，每个工作岗位有不同的上班时间。坐便器是因为水压过大的原因，还有花洒的位置都是可以调节的。店里设施有问题，您在店里是可以提出来解决的。对于员工服务，我们会加强培训。对于您提出的建议，我们会努力改进，期待您的下次光临。

很适合亲子出游，私汤很干净，每天早上阿姨会用高压水枪洗水池，小院子环境很好，超出预期，还有边牧互动性很强。下次还来。
汤池下午茶:很不错，小酥肉很棒，早餐也非常丰盛，很赞。

环境：在牛街旁的村子里，非常安静，小院子很美，适合喝茶发呆放空。店里的狗子小七超级活泼聪明。
服务：服务特别好，各种诉求响应都很及时。
卫生：干净整洁，房间舒适。
