Small but great location and pretty good for the cost

The obvious place to start is the rooms are tiny. It’s basically a closet with a mattress and a shower but for a very cheap price in one of the most expensive places in the world. A lot of cities do not have micro hotels so if you’re not rich you can’t visit. This is an option between hostel and posh hotel that cost a fortune. It was good for me. Great location close to central. Up hill which is tough with a lot of luggage so travel light. You don’t have a lot of space in the room anyway. Mine was clean enough. Washroom also small and you get a towel made of a paper to dry off which actually works good. Better than dirty towels at most budget hotels. Staff were helpful and it was fine for sleeping and showering. Lots in the areas so you can walk or take metro all over. Really good for the price I think.

This hotel is ok for a short one night stay. My room had a lot of mold and mildew. The ventilation is very poor in the room. The A/C is great.
There are only disposable towels in the room for showering. Clean sheets and fast WiFi.

Terrible attitude !

I am actually A regular to this hotel due to distance to my office is really near. The reception staff are absolutely brilliant but my this visit is terrible ! The room I was assigned to is with a basic inside the bathroom. The wash basic is Terribly dirty, see photos .
The wash basin is inside the shower , it’s really stupid design in this room. Aircon is also not really working.
BUT my worst is with their housekeep , May, she rude , insulting and terrible in attitude !!
Her reply to my complaint was .. “ this is an old hotel , I shouldn’t expect too much !” This is her exact reply !!!
What kind of attitude is this ???
Terrible !!! And absolute NO apologies given frm reception when I told them this !!!
Just because of the room price doesn’t meant guess hv to endure such attitude !!!
Shame to hv this sort of people working in a service industry !

I thought the concept of a small room was good since I was only staying for two nights (not realising how small it was until I arrived) but as it’s a small box room without good ventilation there mood and mildew everywhere in the bathroom and the room and you can smell it too. The room also needs a new paint job (once the mildew has been cleaned)

Location, location, location.

Budget hotel in a brilliant location in Hong Kong’s best business and government administrative district. Booked a room on the mountain side with amazing views towards the peak. Walking distance to the best in HK’s architecture . Small room with the coolest view from the bathroom . It’s perfect for busy days and nights where you just need a comfy cosy place to rest your head. Sparkling clean no fuss service. Don’t expect a Bell Boy!
