Great stay at Galaxy Macau with excellent hotel front desk service

I need to extend my stay here and the hotel front desk, Ms Abigail, was extremely helpful to help me with the extension of stay. She was also helpful to advise me on the time of departure from the hotel so that I will not miss my flight. She was spontaneous and responsive and a good example of how a hotel receptionist should be.

We will be Back!

Overall, a fantastic experience. The hotel room is clean & comfortable. The semi buffet breakfast taste good. Especially the staff name Shine is very friendly and provided a lot of hotel & Macau information. The staff Juno at the checkout counter also very friendly & give us some souvenir.
