Hotel service

We stayed in Harbourview Hotel last month. We were assisted by bellman Jed and Mikhael as we had so many luggages. We stayed there for two days. The frontdesk gave us a nice warming room. Restaurant was good as well as the service. Housekeepers were professional. If we were to comeback in Macau we will surely choose this hotel.

very old facility, TV channel not enough (e.g., no TVB)
The room is tidy, but not clean enough
Room service is average, not of a good standard
Breakfast is ok

The deco
Location, walking distance restaurant’s & supermarkets & cafe’s & bakery’s
Quiet area
The rooms was spacious (suit with two rooms & living room)

Hotel is good and nearby sands Macao. So it is easy to get the casino shuttle to Venetian, Parisian etc. Rooms are little old but clean. I requested a birthday cake during booking but no one bothered about it in the hotel. There is no nearby cake shops. That is a big dissatisfaction.

FUN EXPERIENCE AND PREFESSIONAL

We were in Macau last April 15 and we stayed in Harbourview. It was a nice experience. The Filipino bellman named Jed was so accomodating, front office Exore gave us a nice room for our family. Before anything else housekeepers were so attentive. I would like to commend the restaurant staff. Overall we had a great experience.
