Hotel staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Location is off main city with no other amenities within walking distance so something for visitors to consider but definitely with considering if you prefer a quiet place. I book the suite with river view and it was great. Will consider staying here again the next time

The river view room I chose was specially arranged by my brother on the sixth floor. The scenery is really good, especially the night view. When I went back after dinner, I happened to see the lights on the opposite tower. The Ehime orange sold in the hotel is also delicious

Outstanding service and beautifully designed hotel that should be reached by car. It’s secludedness made it impossible to order sth from outside in the late evening.
