Fantastic experience

We spent a fantastic week at this resort. Great location, just a short walk to the harbour with shops, restaurants, ice cream bars, a castle and a UNESCO world heritage site.
The rooms are sizeable and comfy, water in the fridge and the bathroom had a walk-in shower with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner and good sized towels.
The food was amazing!! Every single meal. Tons of choice, amazing salads and hot options to suit every taste, fruit and desserts.
The pool never felt crowded and is well looked after by the lifeguard Prakash and his trusty whistle. Always happy to have a chat and help with the umbrella.
The entertainment team do a great job and I especially enjoyed daily training with Armin.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful and work so hard to ensure standards are high and you have everything you need. The spa is well worth a visit too.
We were so sorry to leave that we've booked for next year.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff were very accommodating and helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the pool area was lovely. Some Entertainment at night or a short walk to entertainment and bars and restaurants, food was also delicious with a great choice every day.

Sofianna, Sun Sea and Super Staff

We have just returned from the lovely island of Cyprus and the great area of Pathos. Not a lot more to add here except if you haven’t been the please visit. We stayed in the Sofianna Resort & Spa. The hotel was lovely, well equipped and caters for all ages. Our ages ranged from 7 to 64 and all had a fantastic time. We had a one bedroom apartment with pool view. While it lacked utensils we could not fault too much. The food at the hotel is excellent and caters for all tastes. The restaurant staff cannot do enough for you, a special mention goes to Jenny who also works in the hotel shop. Her tireless efforts and friendliness towards our family and other guests was a joy to behold, enthusiastic and always with a smile. Drinks whilst plentiful were of local origin but again not a criticism. The entertainment whilst basic was well received by all and the team there Mary, Amy, Skys and Claude were again fantastic to all and really put in a lot of work, well done all of you. Claude a lifeguard by day and DJ by night was a smashing bloke again big shout out to him. All lifeguards were very friendly and performed their duties well and with friendliness and fun. All in all a great holiday, our thanks to all.

Everything was perfect. In the room the found bottles of sparkling wine. Was gift from hotel for my birthday…location amazing, everything so close to us. Definitely recommend!

Not long back after a one week stay at this hotel, and we miss it already! The staff, facilities and food are all wonderful. The staff and housekeeping really go above and beyond to help make your stay home away from home. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
With location, the hotel is situated in an ideal location- 5min walk to the harbour, where you can have a dip in the sea or to check out the other side where you have the castle and other archaeological finds. It's about a 15min from the Kings Mall if you need to go shopping and a short walk to the bus stations. There's also 2x wonderful restaurants nearby (The Windmill and Argo). The hotel also has some parking available if you end up renting a car, also worth asking about this as they some have good contacts with rental companies. Highly recommend staying here.
