Mixed Experience
The apartment has an excellent location — one of the best beaches with all kinds of water activities is just steps away. There are supermarkets, a great tavern, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, has a beautiful sea view, a nice pool, a gym, and a lovely promenade along the coast. You can even walk to the main tourist area of Protaras in about 30 minutes.
However, there were quite a few “issues”. We saw MANY large cockroaches during our stay in our apartment. One of the bathrooms had a leak (this also happened in April, and still hasn’t been fixed). The towels were stained, the bed sheets had big holes, and many of the dishes (plates, cups) were chipped. There was only one wine glass in a 3-bedroom apartment. On one night, a group of people were swimming and shouting at 2 AM, disturbing everyone. The lawn was littered with cigarette butts from upstairs neighbors. The air conditioners in the bedrooms had an unpleasant smell, which clearly indicates that the filters haven’t been cleaned in a long time. We reported all of this to the local manager, who said there was nothing he could do.
What made the experience even more frustrating is that the management completely ignored our follow-up message sent directly through Booking.com — we received no response, no apology, no acknowledgment whatsoever.
All this makes the stay quite dark.

Great location and beautiful ocean views
Could have been cleaner upon arrival a few outlets in the kitchen were not working
There’s a new building going up in front of it which eventually will block the view

Massive rock breaking digger immediately in front of suites!!
Our apartment was clean and attractive. We arrived at night and were initially pleased. However bang on 7.30am this digger started rock breaking in front of the apartment. This carried on until around 2,30 each week day. We couldn’t use our terrace, the swimming pool, gym and had to wear ear plugs. This was hugely disappointing and very stressful.
I’m sure without the ground works it would have been an excellent stay but every person staying there at the moment will be very dissatisfied! Saturday and Sunday were by far our best days/we had breakfast outside and enjoyed the facilities.
The accommodation was a bit wierd- it had three pin plugs so we didn’t need our adapters until I wanted to use the hairdryer which was a two pin! There was an ironing board but no iron, a kitchen sink with no plug, a leaking toilet system in one room and a leaking shower tray in another. However none of these little things bothered us / it was all about the digger.

This was an amazing place. Beautiful views, plenty of space for our family of 6.
The kitchen could use a few more supplies, like more cutlery and some baking pans.
Also the smell mentioned in other reviews is true. It was mainly in the front bathroom and just at certain times during the day. But the place was so great and the smell didn’t bother us in the main parts of the unit so it was ok.
