One of Top-rated Hostels

For me one of the Top-rated hostels out there. It's not 100% luxurious, but 100% what an Inn should be. And by 200% it's much more. The boss has created a place with a family atmosphere, where one feels good receiving and welcoming. For me one of Top-rated hostels I'd ever stayed at. 10 stars ⭐️!!!

Disrespectful to guests, misleading advertising

I do not recommend this place. The service is terrible, they don't respect the times agreed upon with guests, and they can put your belongings on the street whenever they want. They violate guests' rights. and their belongings. Not recommended at all. If you want to stay in Bogotá, don't stay here.

They kick you out if you look “different”. Watch out. Intolerant and discriminating

This place is absolute horror. They discriminate people for their looks and kick them out with any excuse. Absolutely awful experience, disgusted by the manager and their discriminatory made-up policies. According to them, gay people are not welcome nor should they be allowed to coexist with others.

Driscriminacion

Change begins with not supporting or frequenting places where respect for people is violated. So don't go to this place; it is discriminatory and its inhabitants don't know how to respect others.

dirty. uncomfortable, cold water in the shower.

This place was one of Top-rated hostels, but I change owners and now it's the worst, the wifi never worked, the showers one has no water and the other only comes out boiling water and very little, the attention is terrible, very bad, as if you're unite doing a favor, let alone the toilet, the place seems to never clean it, and to top it off, they sell burgers worth 25,000 you serve it and then say that potatoes and soda is charged separately.
