Very nice hotel with great Price quality ratio (pre-season)

Super nice! THE surprise on a two-week tour of Croatia.
Inconspicuous from the outside, however, a super-nice, small, pleasant place
The room was a positive surprise: large bathroom, very good bed. Modern decor, welcoming, colorful, but in a pleasant way. More towels than at the **** and ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
The only thing that didn't fit the otherwise neat impression was the worn surface of the desk. Very clean. Wi-Fi very good.
Hotel's own free parking.
Breakfast: a bit of everything. Another positive surprise: we were asked if we would like eggs, and how prepared. You can see what you can do despite the limited space, but I have a smart layout.
View from the room to the sea is like in the photos.
The incredible noise and roaring bass from the loudspeakers of the beach bar of the neighbouring Radisson Blu - neither of which can stop the well-insulated windows - stops between 8pm and 9pm. We were told this was an existing agreement.
Slightly silly approach through a super-narrow road typical of Croatian resorts with oncoming traffic, which is in fact only one lane.
We only stopped here one night as a stopover, on a drive along the coast.
To the beach (Uvala Znjan), which is currently only being laid out (!) (until recently there was nothing here, as locals have confirmed to us), and which has presented itself as part of a large construction site at the beginning of June 2025 (wide concrete paths, not yet planted palm trees, barriers, shells, which presumably will one day become restaurants) you walk over several stairwells. So a little bit of fitness does not hurt for the return to the hotel.
Conclusion: friendly staff, nice Mood, comfortable, excellent Price quality ratio. A great hotel!

Away from downtown and amenities

Only the location of this hotel is valid if you have an interest in spending a beach holiday, since the promenade with the beach is just below the hotel, going down the stairs... the lidos and the waterfront are still under construction and very little equipped, with almost no option to eat or drink... the location is far enough from the city center, in a suburban area that does not seem too safe... the staff is very courteous, but in the rooms, although new, the cleanliness is approximate... even breakfast, served in a suffocating corner, in front of the reception is frankly not enough in quantity and quality

Greetings from Ireland!

We would highly recommend this small hotel. The owner Domagoj was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a lovely room with a balcony and an amazing view, it had really good air conditioning and Plug-in Mosquito Repeller. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The beach is very close if you are able to manage a stairs of 90 steps approx, it's literally only 5 minutes away. A fresh breakfast of choice each morning , we really enjoyed the tasty omelettes. There's a lovely coastal walk into Split which take about 40 minutes. Domagoj gave us great advise by telling us, to always use Uber instead of taxis. My brother in law and his wife joined us for about a week also and they loved it, although they didn't have a room with a balcony. The sea is crystal clear and warm but you would need booties for your feet as the beach is stoney. The locals are friendly and everyone speaks very good English. We stayed early October 2024. Maybe other Hotel next time

Make sure you have a balcony! Sea view is nothing if you can not sit outside. Not suitable with people with bad legs - 100 stairs to the beach. Too far from the centre - Uber was 10 euros per way. Air condition in the room was the best I have ever been. The breakfast was very minimum. Nice if there was a terrace in public area where to sit and have a coffee/beer but there is just one mini table with two chairs at the front door. Maybe some other Hotel next time.

Amazing place

A lovely small hotel. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff is nice. The room is beautiful, tidy, and clean. Stunning sea view. The air conditioning works well. The bathroom is well renovated. Fresh towels every day. The breakfast is perfect. The beach is very close. There are stairs down to the beach as well as a slightly longer detour. We highly recommend this hotel.
