Beautiful modern hotel

Hotel with contemporary architecture, with a beautiful outdoor terrace. In the inner courtyard access to a modern church also , the bell tower overlooks the hotel, it is very original . We have seen from our room on the beach which is within walking distance (10 minutes) the area is a little off-center but the historic center and the port are also within walking distance (20/30 minutes) It is very nice to do it along the beaches that follow. Otherwise there are buses 2 minutes on the main road. The rooms are beautiful , well maintained. I admit that the shower is a little small but it’s not very serious. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very varied and you have the possibility with a restricted menu to eat at any time of the day.

Comfortable stay

We had an enjoyable stay at Pax hotel, Staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is buffet style and caters for everyone. My constructive criticism would be breakfast definitely needs more toasters as there is only one 2 slice toaster for the whole hotel and it causes queuing. The rooms could do with a set of drawers, although there is plenty of wardrobe space there was only 3 hangers. We asked for and iron & ironing board which was bought to our room with 10 minutes and a mattress topper was required and that was bought to us within 5 mins, the staff do go the extra level to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a dentist service at the hotel and we can honestly say they are 100% better than back home and absolutely immaculate. The beach and promenade is about a 10 minute walk away with bars and restaurants along the way.

Good hotel, can be hard to get to the hotel by taxi. Our Bolt driver got a bit lost. Overall we had a great experience there.

Beautiful sea view, about 25 minutes walk to Old Town

There is a rich breakfast, good location to the beach (about 5-10 min walk) and clean rooms. Check in only possible from 3 pm. We had a nice and quiet room with sea views. Reception staffed 24 hours a day.
Tomislav made sure there was a ticket for the derby in Split. Thanks again for that;-)
Tina, the receptionist, gave us good tips for restaurants for the old town. To the 'Old Town' you walk about 20-30 minutes along the beach.
Helipad and hospital near the hotel.
