Very nice and clean
Very nice place and even a better locaton. Close to center and several nice restaurants make the stay easy. Hostress very helpful and easy going. The room is clean and with good aircondicion. Comes with a parking soace for those on a car which is nice.

Superb! Perfect location!!
Perfect location and perfect size for a couple! Newly renovated and very comfortable! The host was excellent leaving us with little extras like tea and coffee and welcome drinks and water in the fridge, nice touch. Several good restaurants right down stairs and a great cafe for breakfast "Banana Split" thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Stopover
Booked this for my parents as we were arriving in late and needed somewhere for them to stay as we were booked around the corner.
Room is in the second floor of a traditional building and you get a room and bathroom decked out to a very good standard. Also some water and wine in the fridge (@lauraluxsuites could learn from this!)
So long as you don’t need a lift then this is a very acceptable option for a night or possibly 2 but be aware there is no comfy seating area. The staircase is old and uneven if that’s important to you.
Would recommend this place.

Fantastic location - but very small room.
Fantastic location - a short walk to the harbor front restaurants and bars. However the words "luxury inn" are deceptive - an "inn" is generally a hotel and that is what we thought we were booking. However it was a room in an old building among other rooms that were permanently tenanted - no hotel facilities like reception or bars and restaurants.
The room was well decorated and clean and tidy but very small and cramped and accessed up several flights of an old wooden staircase. The main door to the building had an electronic lock but this was often left open by tenants in the building and this made us uncomfortable regarding security. We were met by a very helpful young lady and she was very helpful throughout our stay. While the apartment was nice, we were surprised that we had to pay cash on arrival - however when checking our documentation we realized that we had been informed of this. Great location - but not an inn, just a room in a building very similar to what you would expect on AirBNB.

Position
We decided to try split for 7 days and was impressed with cleanliness there and friendliness of the people we met.On arrival we were met by Denis who although we had preplanned things to do he was so helpful in his guidance.
The room on the 2nd floor was like new and had everything you would require for your stay. Unfortunately it was near a church which rung its bell every morning at 7am and 6,8( i forgot count) times on sunday some would say it added to the charm myself i often felt like cutting the rope whilst on holiday.
It was room only so we ate breakfast just out of apt on the right, for evening meals you can eat quite reasonably in the Konoba Varos and in opposite direction up the slight gradient to Konoba Marjan. In can cost you twice the price in the centre if your not careful.
We walked up the gradient to Marjan park and cross, walked the beautiful maze of streets in the centre and spent two days on the grubby Bacvice beach(5 min past buse stops and cruise ships).
We also caught a 2 hr ferry to Stari Grad and then bus to Hvar town where we visited the Spanish castle.
Had a wonderful time in a lovely apartment room, negatives maid missed a few days £526 (613euro) for 7 nights
