Fantastic out of season

The apartment (n.2) is comfortable and has a fantastic view directly over the sea and a gorgeous little beach right below it, and out of season it’s absolutely perfect. The only letdown was the breakfast (optional for the apartment guests), which was very basic. Also the mosquito nets are all broken, so if there are ever mosquitos (there weren’t when we were there (May), it would be pretty uncomfortable. The other thing to bear in mind is that the public stairs to the beach are right next to the flat, the beach is just below it, and the cocktail bar is right above it, so although it wasn’t a problem for us this time, I expect it would be very noisy in high season.

Bad Accommodation

Bad experience. Arrived they accompany us to our apartment located locally below street level with windows only in the entrance room. Access is via a steep concrete staircase, in poor condition, the same used by the beachgoers below, with a continuous coming and going. The front door opens with difficulty. As soon as we enter we perceive a slight smell of closed (mould). The poor care of the living environment is highlighted by the shortcomings of the apartment and the external degradation: the walls and ceiling peel from moisture in several places; the terrace partition is completely rusty, as is the clothesline; even the bathroom door is peeled at the bottom; the presence of dead ants suggests that the cleaning of the apartment is quite superficial. But the worst surprise we discover on the second day. We find on the bed some small ants and the subsequent check shows that there are alive and dead even on the whole apartment. We go to the reception but they tell us that they have no alternative solutions and do not even give us a partial refund. Instead they provide us with an ant spray that suggests that the problem had already occurred; but we have to do the treatment ourselves!l Above there is a bar open until midnight, quite noisy. Street parking is also particularly complicated due to the few spaces available. WORSE THAN THAT FOR 120 EUROS A NIGHT WITHOUT BREAKFAST IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! N.B.: See the photos to understand the poor internal and external condition of the Accommodation!

Great place to stay and close by to Split

Very chic Inn. Our view from our balcony was great. The beach is directly down from the entrance with a small bar/ restaurant within steps. Very trending place. Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is very limited and street very narrow

Miserable holiday and never again

The location was far from spilt city centre
The staff was not helpful except the young receptionist girl who provided us the way to go to Duce Beach.
The room wasn't suit for a family 2 adults + child for a funny reason which is the toilet door is made by glass that means no privacy at all if you use the toilet or take the shower your kids will watch you , we reported this issue from the 1st moment but the hotel neither change the room nor refund us the rest of the remaining nights and decided to turn our annual holiday into a hell since we had to find a solution by ourselves which is when a family member use the toilet or shower the others go outside the Room until finished if you calculate the spending time outside the room is more than the time inside which is a real torture.
The hotel ruined our holiday and never again.

Solar Beach Inn

We arrived and were a bit surprised thinking we rented an apartment instead of areal hotel room. Three in this room was rather a challenge but after puzzling with suitcases, everything went well.
Nice room, nice bathroom. Breakfast OK. Solar Beach Bar just across the street, and beach 1 min downstairs with the stairs.
Thanks to Bruno for different tips e.g. restaurants in the neighbourhood. We definitely would consider returning.
