Clean & modern studio

Very clean, well equipped and modern studio. Free Wifi and parking. Location is great - shop/supermarket is near, the beach and restaurants/cafes are close. Would surely recommend it and visit it again. Staff is friendly.

An excellent experience for the professional or holidaymaker...

I was in Umag for the 2016 ITF World Team Tennis Championships and decided against staying in the officially listed hotels located alongside the coastline of Umag. This property was well reviewed elsewhere and certainly lives up to the good reviews.
The proprietor of the establishment is very accommodating, servicing several requests before we had arrived - and free of charge offered to pick us up from the bus station. This type of service is way above the usual that i have experienced in similarly priced establishments in Croatia... which is saying something as I find Croat hospitality quite good generally.
The apartments are spartan - modern and clean, and with everything the holidaymaker or professional needs for a comfortable stay. It certainly allowed me to compete well at the recent ITF event.
The location is excellent - halfway between the sporting district and the marina...with only a few steps more to the old town.
TIP: get on the bikes... everything is so close that you can do loads in no time at all - and Umag is well marked for bicycles.

Very Clean, Lovely Place ;)

We decided to go this summer in Dubrovnik, Croatia, but before we went down there we stopped in Umag for a couple of days, exactly at the period of the ATP OPEN UMAG (Tenis Tournament). We were lucky :) we were looming for a room, and suddenly 2 german tourists we met on our way (they just left this place), recommended us this studio apartaments which were brand new builded :))) lucky again :))
It was so clean, comfortable,quiet, everything was so perfect and new, very friendly staff, the owner was such a great person at the end of our stay he drove us to the airport, which was 1 hour away.
I would definitely go back to this place.

Wo ist 24h check in?

War sehr sauber und auch günstig,aber es gibt keine 24h Rezeption die ist nie besetzt,mussten den Besitzer um 7 anrufen,der hatte noch geschlafen und war dann genervt weil wir so früh da waren,trotz ankündigung per Email und telefonat wie ja bei booking steht.Terrassen sind alle Gemeinschaftsterrassen,sehr kleine Appartments für Familien,aber für 1 woche gings.

Soluzione perfetta per la famiglia

Avendo una bimba di meno di un anno abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché apparentemente sembrava curata, nuova e pulita, e così è stato. Struttura rimodernata da poco, camera spaziosa (anche con il lettino in mezzo) bagno curato e cucinino con tutto. Il mare non è troppo distante, anche se le spiagge più vicine sono tutte terrazzate e dunque poco adatte per chi ha bimbi piccoli piccoli. Il centro non è molto lontano e in 2 minuti si è subito sul lungo mare.
