Our room was dark, but very clean. I mentioned the darkness because I am visually impaired and it was hard to see in this room except for the bathroom which was well lit. This ‘corporate feeling hotel’ was quiet but we arrived on a Sunday. The breakfast was delicious; I had the best cinnamon bun of my life here. I am usually gluten-free so the hostess provided me with a gluten-free bun, which I appreciated. There were a lot of breakfast food options. We were here only briefly, one night. It didn’t seem like there was too much around but a train line.

Clean, nice staff but bare bones hotel.

The hotel is much more of a dorm room than a hotel. It was clean, good bed and a small desk but that is it! If you want to drink water you need to get a glass in the lobby. No closet, no coffee maker it is a very bare bones room. No restaurant on site or anywhere near the facility. Modest breakfast not included must pay extra. Will say the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Extremely polite and friendly staff.
Hotel only suited for business trips I would say.

Ok I get that hotels in Denmark are more expensive than others but this one was not inexpensive. Clearly focussed and providing accomodation for the large number of corporates in this area so this place is more like a dormitory than a hotel. It had no ventilation so was oppressively hot and stuffy. Once you open the window you are subjected to the monorail whizzing by all night and then the local council decided to mow the lawns with big machines at 2am. So not much sleep.
Then the shower drain was clogged on the morning and water overflowed. So not my best stay and did not leave feeling refreshed. Breakfast was fine. I am not usually one to complain but felt that this one is justified.

Kerstine rocks!

Kerstine was amazing! She was so nice and helpful and made sure we had everything what we wanted.
The hotel is simple but has everything you need. The trip to the city centre was also very easily done by tram, no transfer needed.
Breakfast had everything you need as well!
