Clean property. Staff was friendly but not always helpful. Water was ice cold for showers. Staff was notified and problem was not solved.
Lots of street noise at night.

I made a huge mistake booking this hotel - Sleep Impossible

I made a mistake booking this hotel. It's not the room which is nice or the cleaning which is also to a high standard but this hotel essentially presented a deal breaker for me...it was almost impossible to sleep.
I am not a light sleeper and the noise from the other units and the location next to a street filled with clubs I could not sleep for three days until 3 am. The hotel is very poorly insulated from sound.
It was a big mistake and I encourage the readers to fully understand that the noise level is just not something you will get over even though the hotel itself is nice and staff are pleasant. A stay here is wholly untenable.

Lots of nice restaurants in walking distace, specially La Pradera area in few hundred meters from hotel.
If you want an undisturbed sleep ask your room on backside, cause late evening and early morning noise may disturb the sleep on street side rooms (noise cancellation for windows could be better).

Room was simple, had the basics and it was easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.
