Exceptional Stay, Incredible Staff & Outstanding Service

I stayed at GO Quito Hotel for five nights while supporting a work conference, and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. I would happily stay here again and recommend GO Quito without hesitation.
The staff were incredible throughout my stay. They helped me adjust my reservation at the last minute and were gracious enough to hold my luggage both before and after my stay, which gave me a few extra hours to enjoy Quito without having to worry about my bags. That kind of flexibility and hospitality really made a difference.
I was also very impressed with the hotel from a conference perspective. The AV team and catering staff were stellar — professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. They helped everything run smoothly throughout our event.
The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well. My room was kept spotless throughout my five-night stay, and I really appreciated how careful and respectful they were with my belongings.
I also enjoyed the room service on several nights, and everything I ordered was delicious. I tried the burger, chicken soup, and club sandwich on different evenings, and each was a great meal and especially convenient after long conference days.
One of the highlights of my stay was GO Spa. I booked the 60-minute Worry Free Massage with Jessica, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly attentive, thorough, and kind throughout the treatment. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and the experience was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend booking with Jessica if you have the opportunity.
Overall, GO Quito provided a wonderful combination of hospitality, comfort, great food, excellent conference support, and a relaxing spa experience. Most importantly, the people made the stay memorable. I would recommend GO Quito any day and would absolutely return on a future visit to Quito. Thank you to the entire team!

Five nights and a full conference schedule gave you plenty of time to get to know us, so this was especially meaningful to read. We loved that you were still able to find a few extra hours for Quito — and even make time for a Worry Free Massage with Jessica after those long conference days.

Excellent Spa Experience

We went to the spa today and had an absolutely amazing experience! Natalie was wonderful—professional, attentive, and excellent at what she does. She made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her exceptional service and would definitely recommend her. We look forward to returning!

Best trip of our lives and we loved staying here!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and our stay. The porters, every one of them, took such good care of us They treated us like family. At breakfast each morning we looked forward to seeing everybody and especially Noemi, she was a treasure. She always asked about our day and remembered our names. Fernando kept our rooms sparkling clean. The entire wait staff in the restaurants, the greeters, even hotel security, amazing. The location was convenient, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. We loved it! It was home away from home.
