Expedia won't even fight for my refund because the manager said I was "satisfied" after 3 days of no working shower!
I said no such thing.
The hotels managers by this person are also the Pyramid Sun Light Hotel and Florya Palace (I think). Just don't bother!
The bedding was dirty, the view is a lie, the breakfast was leftovers from the night before. I want my money back!

2. If you can bear the location, best place to stay to see Pyramids, access to shopping for buying gifts.
3. Come to know there is three small hotels in the same complex with different names a bit confusing.
4. Mgr. Hnay Fayed is good man. Owner of complex is good man.
5. Lack of communications with their phone access by whatsapp is a bit hard. Clarify first.
6. Otherwise we safely enjoyed the 5 days stay in Feb. Rooms are ok condition. Good hot water, Good Wifi, they give passwod.
7. Breakfast kind of ok, starts around a bit late 8.30am. included.
8. From roof top can enjoy Pyramids about a KM away. 9. Evening light show also partially visible.
10. If you don't have too much expectations....good. Budget hotel.
