The dirtiest line is found at the beach, especially those at the door.

The staff treats guests with utter disrespect, interfering in their privacy on the beach. They treat them however they please, especially Egyptians. Everything is forbidden, but if you're Egyptian and have a passport, you can treat them like dirt. I don't recommend anyone go there at all. It's expensive, and the standard is absolutely terrible.

Unprofessional staff and beach not for swimming

Manager was very rude. Hotel wants the payment in cash and after saying that the hotel accepts any currency didn’t take the Egyptian pounds in cash. I arrived at 7 am and was told that the hotel takes any currency but then at 1 pm was told we will only take dollars in cash, even though I am a resident in Egypt. Very unprofessional and rude staff. When I asked for my bags to leave they said go take your bags on your own. Check in time is 12 noon in the bookings.com but I was told that the check in is at 2 pm. Also it has a beach front which is very congested with so many ships in front and the adjacent hotel. It is almost you have no area to swim, you can think of it like a fish pond in a sea. Breakfast buffet is also very disappointing with limited variety. I would think twice before booking a room here. Good luck if you decide to stay here.

The restaurant team ruins everything. Horrible breakfast

The hotel is clean, the rooms have a sublime view the Beach is small without fish but Cute. The problem c and the restaurant on the beach which has a team of young men who do not understand English.they put Arabic rap very loud in the morning while you want to have a coffee waking up and enjoying the sea and boats. They look like a bunch of law-abiding buddies. You ask for plain fries they bring you fries with paprika. You ask for a drink you have to look for. Even equipped at breakfast , they leave butter in the sun when you ask for eggs in the flat they break the yolk and spread. And allow themselves to make unpleasant reflections in Arabic!!!!!

Unfair Charges and Poor Service Experience

The hotel charges unfair extra fees under the name of taxes, the water pressure is extremely low, and the prices are inconsistent and far from standard. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I do not recommend staying here.
