Bad attention
The hotel does not have an effective service. Although there is a contact via WhatsApp, the messages received are virtually all automatic responses, which do not answer the questions asked. Since we do not speak Spanish fluently, communication has become even more difficult.
Worst was the question of breakfast. The hotel only said it was served in one of the bars about 50 meters away, but declined to specify which were those bars. The next morning we had to walk from coffee to coffee asking if the hotel breakfast was served. It is an unacceptable and very unprofessional situation.
Another very negative aspect was the fact that our room was next to the reception. During the night, the reception phone ringed four times, interrupting our rest. It makes no sense to assign a room in that location without ensuring acoustic insulation.
Finally, the room was very spacious, but the bathroom was extremely small and unfunctional.
In summary: clean room and spacious, but a very weak customer service, poor communication and an experience that does not correspond to what is expected of a lodging. We'd never come back.

Very good hotel
We stayed in a room for 4 people, thanks to God had heating and a super hot shower, in addition to very good bedding and very clean room, super calm and helpful attendant when talking to us
