A SHAME
The heat is stifling, with a couple of fans to make you feel good.
The shower has no pressure, it is almost impossible to shower or even wash your hair.
We left the garage remote control inside the car and, upon realizing it, we notified them by WhatsApp. They told us that it will take at least 45-60 minutes, so we should try to wait in case someone enters or leaves. From here on silence. I write to them asking them to let us know when they arrive and, almost two hours later, I call by phone. He tells me that the maintenance guy has a problem that has gotten complicated and that he can't come until the next day. My question is, if we leave the keys inside the apartment, where do we sleep? I have asked you that and I am waiting for your response.

The truth is that in favor of the apartment I can say that it was the location of the place, since it is very central, we have not had a problem with parking because there is quite a lot of street parking nearby.
We stayed in an attic which is also a positive point but we were not able to take advantage of it since it had a very large umbrella and it was broken on the floor…. And it was too hot to be outside the attic.
Negative point, there were no kitchen towels or kitchen cloths to dry the dishes, clean the kitchen, hands, etc. The kitchen furniture was not very hygienic, the fairy was diluted with water…
In the bathroom, they only left two rolls of toilet paper and one had already been started…
They don't change sheets or towels…
We didn't have any dealings with the staff either, they only told us where our room was, I wrote them an email asking if they could tell us some place of interest for one day and they didn't answer us.
The price for bringing a pet is 15e more per day.
And we also asked if we could enter before 3:00 p.m., which was the check-in time, and they told us that this was an additional cost….
