Friends getaway
We had a great experience at Hotel Benidorm Centre. Fabulous location, walking distance from everything. Atmosphere was lovely and friendly and the staff were very welcoming. Rooms were great and Anna kept them lovely and clean.
Food was good and always something we liked.
Great value for money and would definitely return.

Recommended
Very well-located, quiet hotel; you can walk to Levante beach in 5 minutes and it is 10 minutes from the old town; the hotel is very new.
The room was a good size, and the girl we had to clean our room every day left it very clean and tidy; her name is Hlima, and it is a pleasure to have professionals like that.
The pool is a bit small but very nice; there were always lounge chairs and the cafeteria staff was pleasant.
The food did not have much variety but was of quite good quality for a buffet, with fresh-squeezed natural juice for breakfast; perhaps the quality of the mini pastries served for dessert could be improved.
In conclusion, a highly recommended hotel.

"This is the fourth time I come to this hotel and I continue to be surprised by the positive! Our stay was wonderful, as always. The cleaning was impeccable and the service was exemplary. The entire team of professionals is extremely friendly and dedicated — with a special emphasis on the employee Ana Real, who welcomed us incredibly well. Besides, the food is excellent, with everything very fresh and tasty. It remains our choice of election. We recommend without hesitation!"

HB Benidorm Centre
Stayed here for 2 weeks in July 2026.
Quick Review. Rooms Great but not lots of storage. Shower fantastic but the way it was set up it left lots of water on bathroom floor.
Fridge really small. Views from 9th floor at the back fantastic.
The Hotel caters for large groups of people and TBH I personally didn't like it. From one group playing their own radio with dance music loud, To plenty of Rowdy/loudness and drinking in the pool itself. It's the way Benidorm in itself is going but its not what I was looking for in a hotel.
The pool area was the worst we've encountered in Benidorm. It wasn't cleaned well. Always Bird poop all over the beds and floor and tidying when the messy people left always took for ages. So rubbish everywhere. The pool in itself was a bit grimy, but it was a decent shape and sized pool.
Food was alright. Breakfast generally undercooked. The Hash browns were generally raw.
Not a great choice food wise but to be expected with the size of the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were always on top of general cleanliness.
The Lifts were awfully slow. Took forever to open and always water dripping from the ceiling. Air Con in reception/lobby and lifts switched off whenever the hotel felt like it.
Overall it was a suitable. Not convinced I would use again. Generally due to the group bookings, which as anyone can see benidorm is changing so that side of things IMO can only get worse

Family and friends birthday break
Had a lovely holiday here! Very clean, nice food and a great location. Not too far from the new town and about 5 minutes from old town. Pool was a lovely temperature.
Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very nice.
The atmosphere was quiet and calm/ no music round pool, a great place if you want to relax. Good value for money and a lovely hotel compared to others in Benidorm.
Would recommend if coming to Benidorm.
