Excellent location.
This hotel could really be wonderful both for its location and cleanliness. It is unclear why they undertook a renovation with so many shortcomings that make it appear shabby. Nevertheless, I would recommend it for its excellent cleanliness, the breakfast with everything necessary, and the location where you can step out and be at the beach.

Overall okay, You get what you pay for. Stay away from evening meal.
Honestly you get what you pay for in this hotel. Firstly the roof top pool was smaller than we had expected but pictures can be deceiving. The pool had been painted instead of having a lining so it did look a little run down and people had started drawing things in the paint but you could smell the chlorine and they even had a chemical sheet which told you what chemicals they use in the pool. We also for some reason kept finding loads and loads of black hair in the pool which did gross us out a little with having a strangers hair keep getting stuck to us but overall pool was okay. There are only a few sun lounges but we always managed to get one. Beach is a 2 minute walk as well so if you didn’t want to be by the pool you could easily walk to the beach. The overall cleanliness was good, every morning when we went out we came back to a clean room and fresh towels. The only problem was when the cleaning kept knocking and trying to get in at 9am when we decided to have a lay in even though the door was locked, however that was our fault as we forgot to leave the sign out. There are 2 lifts in this hotel, the first lift for some reason didn’t stop at the 6th or 4th floor so we could only use the other one or walk down a flight of stairs. The lifts are extremely slow so you will have to wait for them. They are also very small and can only fit in 4 people maximum which is a tight squeeze or 2 people with a suitcase. We booked breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast was lovely apart from a few items can be a bit cold but I guess it all depends when you go down for breakfast. Evening meal was a massive let down!! They don’t actually make food to have a proper meal. They provide a few meat options, a few vegetables options and that’s about it. No pastas, no potatoes or rice it was just manly meat and bread rolls which seemed to be the ones left over from breakfast as they were stale. We also found that in the evening there were also flies landing on the food? But no flies during breakfast which was strange and put us off. The fruit overall looked old as well so we both stayed away from that. We was unfortunately really disappointed in this and just decided to eat out in the evening. But again breakfast was overall good. The rooms are standard we had 2 single beds pushed together but that didn’t bother me or my partner. We both found the beds very comfortable. The balcony doors are brilliant as well they keep almost all the noise from the traffic ect out. The aircon was also brilliant with Benidorm being about 35° when we stayed we was very happy with how powerful the aircon was. We stayed in two rooms whilst at this hotel as unfortunately our shower had started to leak. But after brining this up with reception they moved us without a problem. One of the reception ladies was also so lovely and helped us out loads and even aloud us to stay in our room for an extra hour due to transfer times. Overall this hotel is very much what you pay for. You can’t pay little and expect 5 star facilities. But for the price we would definitely be back however we would just book bed and breakfast instead.

I stayed at the property for 8 days now in August .. the room, well, the piece of furniture with drawers that is inside the closet has ruined corners ,, I don't understand why make the shower without a door,, at one point ice fell from the air conditioner so I assume that maintenance is not done … in 8 days the sheets were never changed,, and in my opinion the worst thing being August and there were 104 degrees there is no refrigerator in the room for me it is absurd ,,,so breakfast honestly mediocre always the same things never one day something new ,,I tried to take an apple and there was mold on the stem part..and often it wasn't even washed… the location in my opinion is perfect you are on the beach truly 3 min walk away … but they should improve on some things

A vacation nightmare
Hello everyone, I strongly advise against this hotel; the staff is unprofessional, except for a few, the majority treat the guests like dogs, they yell at the guests, they threaten them, "I'll bring the police." Honestly, it is a nightmare, it feels like we are in a prison. The hotel manager named Warda is super nice, however, the substitute who replaces her acts like the King of Spain; she took the liberty of entering our room and told us to get out of the hotel, I find that... Unacceptable, I do not want you to have the same experience, that is why. I advise you to avoid it absolutely if you do not want to ruin your vacation as well as lose your money; especially there are two witches in the restaurant, the chef and a waitress, they are witches, she even took a picture of our table because we brought food from outside since there was nothing at all to eat, she took pictures of our table, even though she has no right to, honestly we want to, we are living a nightmare, that is why I advise you to flee this hotel, because I am afraid that you will be disappointed.

Terrible treatment
We stayed from July 19 to 24. In less than the first 48 hours, more than 100 insect bites appeared on us, so we had to go to the emergency room, since the itching was unbearable. We informed reception that there was a mosquito plague at the pool and that we were also waking up with more bites at night in room 418, despite having bracelets and a mosquito plug-in, so we assume they were not mosquitoes. They changed our room and told us that the manager would get in touch with us. To this day, the manager never contacted us, nor did anyone else show interest, despite us presenting the report the doctor gave us.
We will never return to the hotel, nor do we recommend that anyone go. They ruined the vacation we were so excited about.
