Although we only stayed for one night, the hotel was very nice, clean and in a very convenient location next to the Old Town. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided us with useful information.
The only negative issue was the door stopper on the floor inside the bathroom. I stubbed my toe badly when using the bathroom in the middle of the night.
I would recommend removing that since it's a major hazard. Thank you.

Not 4* standard

Very good location. Corporate hotel. Rooms need some tlc: floor tiles need replacing. Reasonably equipped but not to 4* standard. bath/shower had black hairs from previous guests. No facial tissues or complimentary water.

The lobby is nice. The staff is great. The rooms however are not in good shape. Broken floor tiles, sinks with draining issues and a general lack of updating. I have stayed at this location 8 years ago. No clear updating has happened. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Good location, comfortable hotel

A comfortable and centrally located hotel, we enjoyed our stay! The tapas restaurant La Taverna in the square around the corner is excellent!

Top Location

perfectly located hotel in the centre of griona, i've marked down from giving the full five marks, as i) the lift was out of order on a couple of occasions and ii) the rooms probably need a little freshening up. but, otherwise, everything was good; especially the staff on reception.
i'd highly recommend girona as a short stay city break.
