Good place to enjoy a few days
We love it, we have been living here for 4 years and we will surely repeat. The apartments, ours specifically with everything necessary, oven, washing machine, microwave etc... The owners are a 10, always attentive to solve any problem that appears during the stay.

Bad treatment, poor cleanliness and rules as if it were a prison
Terrible, the treatment is bad, the cleanliness is abysmal. In short, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Nos ha sorprendido mucho leer su comentario, ya que en él indica que su estancia tuvo lugar en agosto de 2025, cuando, según nuestros registros, sus únicas estancias en nuestro establecimiento fueron en julio de 2022 y julio de 2023.
Por este motivo, nos resulta difícil comprender y responder a una valoración publicada tres años después de su última visita. Nos gustaría conocer qué ha motivado este comentario en este momento.
Lamentamos sinceramente que su percepción haya sido esa, aunque no coincide en absoluto con la forma en la que trabajamos. Nuestro principal objetivo siempre ha sido ofrecer un trato cercano y hacer que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Prueba de ello son las valoraciones que recibimos habitualmente en Booking.com, donde nuestros clientes destacan especialmente la atención recibida, con una puntuación media de 9,4 sobre 10.
En cuanto a la limpieza, también nos sorprende su comentario, ya que es uno de los aspectos en los que más esfuerzo ponemos cada día y que cuenta con una valoración media de 9,2 sobre 10. Si durante su estancia hubiera existido cualquier incidencia puntual, nos habría gustado que nos la hubiera comunicado en ese momento para poder solucionarla de inmediato, como hacemos siempre con cualquier observación de nuestros huéspedes. Después de tres años, resulta prácticamente imposible revisar o recordar una situación concreta.
Respetamos todas las opiniones, incluso cuando son críticas, ya que nos ayudan a mejorar. Sin embargo, creemos que las valoraciones deben reflejar experiencias reales, ser objetivas y publicarse en un plazo razonable, para que puedan resultar útiles tanto al establecimiento como a futuros viajeros.
Afortunadamente, la confianza que nuestros clientes depositan en nosotros se refleja en una ocupación muy elevada y en una valoración global cercana al 9 sobre 10, fruto del trabajo y la dedicación de todo nuestro equipo.

A disappointment with the new owners
I have been a client of the La Mojonera apartments since 1995. Paco, who was the owner at that time and father of the current owners, made us feel as if we were at home. For me, he was a great professional and had a vision for attracting clients.
For family reasons, two years passed in which I was not able to go and, when I returned in 2020, everything had changed: Paco was no longer there and the business was run by his daughters, the clientele was no longer the same and they had put in place quite strict rules. ; In short, a hotel complex has nothing to do with the family atmosphere that was previously lived here.
So far, it doesn't seem bad to me, since everyone runs their business as they please, but the problem comes this year, 2023, when I rent for fifteen days again as I used to do for 28 years. One of the members of the house, all registered at reception on the first day as required by regulations, was my nephew. The day before we left, his mother came for him and they entered the premises to help the boy pick up his suitcases and so on.
I thought there had been no further problem, but when I went the next day to leave the keys, the owner, before saying good morning, told me that visitors could not be received, that a good client of hers had warned her that I had received several.
With this I want to highlight the problem they have with the clientele who, instead of enjoying their vacations, spend their time paying attention to what the rest are doing and speaking from ignorance; Not to mention people playing loud music early in the morning at the pool, people bathing at night when they are prohibited from doing so, carelessness with cleaning and a thousand other things that I mentioned to the owner, but she said they lacked importance in light of the fact that a woman had helped her son with his suitcases.
I suppose that to all this is added the lack of professionalism of the owner, having accused a client of almost 30 years of loyalty lightly and without reliable evidence of the alleged crime, ignoring many others that the rules of coexistence also they prohibit. I guess we are not all the same after all.

This has been our 2nd visit and we love it! The reception is friendly and very helpful. The little town is tranquil and has the most amazing sunset and long beaches for nice walks. I'd recommend it to everyone who wants peace and quiet :)

Home from home
This is our 3rd visit and we love it!! The owner is most attentive and accommodating. the apartments we have stayed in (Block B) have all been very clean and tidy. Sheets etc. are provided and towels are available as an extra, so plan to bring your own or rent! The apartment kitchen areas are completely empty of any foodstuffs or cleaning materials, so plan on bringing some or going on a stocking up expedition (Supermarket within walking distance). Washing machines are available in SOME apartments so book with that in mind!!
Aircon is only in some apartments....ask before booking if this is a must.
The pool is clean and inviting, and the whole area is very clean and tidy.
Wifi is available via reception, and is unlimited but no peer to peer is allowed, so no torrent downloads!!
Good beaches are within walking distance, as are a few decent Restaurants, and the port of Mazarron and Mazarron town are close by.....
Aircon is only in some apartments....ask before booking if this is a must.
The pool is clean and inviting, and the whole area is very clean and tidy.
