Value for money

We got there early but it was no trouble,check in took less than two mins greaterd by a friendly lady Clean,friendly,good breakfast,will definitely come back again nothing more to say but excellent

Bad experience

Total disappointment. They offer services they don't have. For example airport services, shuttle: I wrote 3 times and they did not answer me, when I phoned I was answered rudely that they do not have such service and that I had to take a taxi. Hair dryer: you had to ask for it all the time and then return it. I asked why and was told, "What do you think is your personal property?" 700€ for a double room for single use on the 2nd floor without elevator, without a television, a minibar, not even a chair on which to place a beach bag. Beachfront or beach within walking distance: "the only one within walking distance was a 20 min. walk under the scorching sun!" There was never anyone at the reception. The owner was always in his restaurant next door where, on principle, I refused to go. Never again not there but not even in Sa Rapita where nothing exists and if you do not have a car you are cut off from the world. And this year the sea was also full of poseidonia!

Good Cheap and not very pretty

Fair hostel, I was going to go with a companion and finally I went alone, despite this they charged me the tourist tax for two people equally, quite ugly for €2, the woman in charge of check-in was quite dry and not very welcoming.
Outdated decoration and things in between, they need to modernize it a little, comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. There is no air conditioning, there is a fan that makes a little noise, everything is clean, to spend a night it is acceptable since it is one of the cheapest in Mallorca, you can park on the entire street for free!!

Good location, clean and spacious apartment but had cockroaches in.

We stayed in the apartment 1D on the ground floor. The property was clean, modern and spacious. It was close to the beach (15 minute walk). Sa Rapita is a charming little village with good amenities.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the wardrobe in the master bedroom. We bought a spray that killed these within two nights. We were told by the staff that this is normal in Majorca. However, I would expect the property would take care of that before our arrival. The cockroaches were on the walls and floors. I found one on our bedsheets in the morning. It really made me uncomfortable. We did not unpack our suitcases to put the stuff into the wardrobe.
As for the facilities, there were aircon units in each room but we were told that these didn't work. It was really hot during the night. The fridge took about a day to cool down. Also, the freezer door was broken. Apart from that the facilities were good (in the kitchen, we used the fridge and the washing machine). The apartment was on the ground floor and it was loud at night and early in the morning. We arrived at the time when the festival took place and it was very loud. The music was played live just outside the apartment until 3 am in the morning for 2 nights in a row. It was difficult to sleep.

Just Lovely

What a great little hotel run by locals and well worth a visit!
Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds.
As Rapita is a quiet retreat!
Hostel Can PEP is just lovely and great value for money!
Need I say more!
