Is a bit smelly rooms and bot so clean. You check in on your own . There is no staff. So your not sure how to ask for towels etc etc. area is not bad . You could uber everywhere, businesses close . Groceries etc etc .

Room was dirty, the check-in was awful because the code wasn't working and the phone number of the "service center" didn't reply until 45 minutes after my initial call.
Once I could enter my room it turned out there was barely any water coming from the water tap in the bathroom, which required an initial phone call.
All in all - very dissatisfied.

This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect.

I want my money back

Worst hotel ever do not come here!!!
The entry is very unsafe anyone can come in we came after hours and did not feel safe at all and tried looking for different hotels as soon as we entered DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
The area is unsafe and the room feels very unsafe our driver was skepctial to let us out!
