Excellent stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - all areas of the hotel are absolutely spotless and without exception all members of staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent choice of buffet food both for breakfast and evening meal. Skybar is amazing and we felt drinks very reasonably priced. Local bus stop just around the corner for day trips to Palma, Porto Christo and Caves of Drach. Thank you and we hope to return

Cordiality, relaxation and wonderful sea!
We stayed at the Universal Hotel Perla for a week on full board and we had a great time. From our arrival we were welcomed with great cordiality and, throughout the stay, the staff proved to be always kind, helpful and attentive to every need.
A special thanks goes to Mrs. Rosa, who pampered us with her care and kindness throughout our stay.
The beach of s'Illot in front of the hotel is very beautiful and easy to reach, while just a five-minute walk away is the beach of Sa Coma, even larger and with crystal-clear water.
It was a truly pleasant vacation, highly recommended property!

It can be improved
Very clean hotel with very kind staff, I had been here last year too but this year the level of the food at the buffet has worsened. I am reporting the presence of seaweed on the beach

Per quanto riguarda le alghe in spiaggia, purtroppo si tratta di un fenomeno naturale non dipendente dall'hotel. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro.

Outstanding hotel and staff with some caveats.
The Universal Hotel Perla is newly refurbished and attractively decorated.
The lobby is a very nice large space with sea views to relax in with excellent service from the staff actually all the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly,smart and very helpful.
A truly high standard and choice of meals is provided as well in the restaurant. Cooled water is also provided on all corridors which is good.
The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the TIB bus stops that will take you in air conned comfort and running on time to Palma or more locally to Portocristo or Calla Millor they all take card payments.
The hotel outdoor space is limited to the attractive pool area or lobby terrace. The terrace often tended to be full of smokers not great if you don't smoke.
There are a lot of bars and taverners close by so it can also be a bit noisy at night. If you like beach activities there is plenty here to enjoy just a few yards away.
It does feel a bit squashed in amongst other apartments and hotels which is a shame.
