Great wee place

This is a good place to stay in Santander, close to train and bus station. Close to centre. More like a budget hotel rather than hostel. Just across the road great cafe/bakery for breakfast. Helpful reception staff, rates good, clean, quiet.

Exploitation. Abuse of situation

We were stranded as pilgrims in Santander. We could no longer come to our booked accommodation in other city. All 10 hotels and hostels visited were complete.
The owner knew that, of course. Instead of €84 (booking.com) he charged us €175. Via booking it was because it was so late to stop booking.
For someone to exploit guests like that is outrageous.

Very very bad

If this hostel was free I would not stay here. We booked two nights but had to leave after one. It was just too bad.
Very noicy rooms. Sounds from the steet and the hostel was very loud. If I spoke at a normal volume in my room my collegue could answer from his room.
The breakfast was.. I'll let the picture speak for himself.
AVOID!

Room seriously outdated

A well-run hotel run hotel with a clean bathroom and friendly reception. Complaint is that this carpet in the room looks dirty, too many beds and just the lack of attention. The hotel could do well by giving the rooms a slight update. Other than that, it was a good bargain for 39 Euro.

Stay for Honeymoon

Nice Hotel, we can not expect more considering the price.
But the team is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and the bed very comfortable.
For a stay of 3 days it is perfect and we recommend it.
Perfect location.
Nothing negativ to say.
