Comfortable and quite!

We had a great stay. The flat was very comfortable and warm (heating unit was excellent and the water temperature was also great). Easy walk to points of interest (Real Alcazar, Seville Cathedral) and also close to markets (Carrefour express, El Corte Ingles and Mercado De La Encarnación). I was nervous booking this apartment style hotel as there was no front desk but it was very easy to communicate with them using WhatsApp. In fact, they reached out to me a few days before our stay on WhatsApp and gave us very clear instructions on how to find the flat and gave us the access code on the day of our arrival. They were very responsive to maintenance requests. I would definitely stay here again.

Luxurious, well appointed apartment at the best location in Sevilla

Exactly as depicted in the pictures. Luxurious bedding , well appointed kitchen ( no oven) , rooftop pool overlooking the Guadaqivir is exquisite , has rooftop bar where you can have breakfast. Unbeatable location within 7 min walking to all main attraction with Triana bar and restaurants at doorstep. Still a quiet neighbourhood

Wonderful Acanthus Suites

Wow the beautiful Acanthus suites did not disappoint. A touch of affordable luxury just outside Oia in SANTORINI….brand new suites with comfortable beds and soft pillows the jacuzzi outside watching the sea and then later looking up to the stars was a lovely touch too! The owner Tassos was so helpful with all our questions and inward travel….all just lovely….Alexa

Excelente alojamiento, recomendable 100%

Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia en el dúplex Acanthus, ubicación fantástica, a pie se pueden visitar los monumentos más emblemáticos de Sevilla sin coger ningún transporte, súpermercado y centro comercial muy cerca, limpieza inmejorable, decoración moderna, camas muy cómodas, nos hemos sentido como en casa, la única pega sí vas en coche es que el parking es de pago.

Présentation mensongère en ligne sur Booking.com

Le personnel qui m'a accueilli parlait français et faisait beaucoup d'efforts. Accès à l'établissement (qui fonctionne comme un Airbnb) sécurisé par digicode. Appartement grand et lumineux. Quartier plaisant pour sortir le soir, assez animé sans être bruyant.
J'ai choisi cet établissement pour la jacuzzi qui est présenté en photo principale. Or ce jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas en cette saison malgré la température de 24 degrés les 18 et 19/11/2021.
Le paiement par Booking.com a été très compliqué, il n'est pas possible en fait car l'établissement utilise en autre mode de paiement en ligne qui a mis beaucoup de temps a se valider.
La machine a laver collective lave mal, le sèche-linge seche mal
