Four Night Stay.... Hotel Subur Sitges

We spent four nights here at the end of June.
The hotel is right in the heart of the old town situated 50 yards from the beach a fantastic location for all amenities. The staff keep the hotel and rooms very clean and the hotel has a relaxed friendly feel to it. Buffet breakfast was good and I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great location hotel in Sitges.

The hotel is very well located but that's the only thing I liked about this hotel. In general, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, but I had a bad situation where one of the front desk staff was rude to me, and when I reported him, instead of my concerns being taken seriously, one of his colleagues at the front desk started justifying him and invalidating my experience; she didn't even apologise. Also, in general, the hotel was not as refurbished as the pictures. The elevator is very old, and it takes a lot to go through the floors. Also, my room had some renovations but not all; for example, the toilet was very old, and it was very uncomfortable to get in and out, as the door was very close to the sink. The paint on the walls of the shower was peeling off, the towels were not of the best quality, nor was the shower gel (no shampoo or conditioner provided). Additionally, for the price of this hotel I can't believe that breakfast and beach towels are not included, as it is in most of the (cheaper) hotels in the area, and that I had to pay daily for beach towels. I paid for breakfast the last day and it was terrible: it didn't have many options, the food was of poor quality and there were many cockroaches around the floor. In conclusion, the hotel is not worth the price; I recommend staying at a cheaper hotel with better service and amenities.

Horrible service. Natalia was rude after I explained to her I double booked she said she doesn’t book her trips as pre paid so that’s a mistake I made and nothing she could do. Knowing it was an honest mistake 3 days before check in she refused to make an exception for a guest who already stayed with them before. I called front desk and the man said Natalie already told you no refunds for future stays so I’m gonna say the same and hung up.

Our double room 127 was a side of building street view room with a balcony, but you could still see the sea.
Room was perfectly clean, bed comfortable but painted?shower tiles are peeling.. could do with repair.
Would stay here again due to location, just a few steps from lovely beach.

Great little hotel for the price. Rooms cleaned daily, excellent location in the centre of Sitges and right on the sea front. The air conditioning is very good and was very welcome! You can come and go easily at any time day or night. Staff were all lovely. Would stay here again without hesitation.
