I want to especially thank Miguel and Jesica, the receptionists, because they have turned a pleasant stay into an unforgettable experience. Their kindness is sincere, their sense of humor, and, most importantly, they are attentive to every little detail without you having to ask for it.
It gives the feeling that they enjoy making whoever walks through the door happy, and that is a real luxury these days. They have shown exceptional professionalism, always with a smile and making one feel at home from the first minute.

Excellent accommodation in the Ribeira Sacra

It is an excellent accommodation option in the Ribeira Sacra. Unbeatable service at the front desk by Miguel and Jessica, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool area is a real delight to relax at the end of the day and a very good level of breakfasts. The only drawback is that on Sunday and Monday nights the restaurant does not serve dinner and you have to drive. In any case, highly recommended.

An impressive hotel due to the complex and its human team!

My stay at the Palacio de Sober has been simply exceptional and a great discovery. What surprised me the most was the warmth, closeness, and professionalism of all the staff, and when I say ALL, I mean everyone. I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen such human and attentive treatment towards guests. They make you feel at home from the very first moment, so I must especially congratulate Miguel, Jesica, and Ana, who provided us with the best welcome to this Palace.
The breakfast deserves a special mention: without a doubt, it is the best I have enjoyed in a hotel, far surpassing that of higher-category establishments. The quality, variety, and care with which it is prepared are excellent. I remember every day that beautifully cut fruit platter. Without a doubt, encountering Almudena at breakfast is the best way to start the day, and from here, I take the opportunity to thank you for everything!
Regarding the cleanliness of the room and the hotel, it is incredible; everything is always spotless and well cared for. I want to thank Josefina for all the warmth and dedication.
The surroundings are another of its great attractions. The views convey an incredible tranquility, surrounded by perfectly maintained gardens and a beautiful orchard that can even be visited, which adds a very special charm to the place.
To conclude, the private spa was the icing on the cake of our couple's getaway. Being able to enjoy that space with complete tranquility was a relaxing and unforgettable experience.
Without a doubt, we will return. It is a place that invites you to return, not only for its facilities but also for the people who make the stay so special.
I want to mention Raquel (the hotel manager); we had the pleasure of meeting her, and she seems like an extraordinary person. I ask you to continue taking care of all the staff so they can take care of us for our next visit. Thank you for dedicating your time to us, and we hope to see you soon.

Gorgeous!

The hotel is located in a monastery building, similar to a castle. The rooms are large, our room had a shower and a bath. There is a pool with cold water. The location is convenient. The recommendations given at the hotel for wineries and a canyon tour are very correct.
It was not enough that the cafe was open, and the restaurant was closed on Sunday, when many restaurants nearby are closed.
The breakfast selection is varied and everything is delicious. The terrace is gorgeous
