The ad said soundproof , but it was not at all. We could hear every door open and everyone’s conversations in their rooms.
The place was very clean and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location.
The ad also said toiletries were included but there was no shampoo or conditioner, so we had to go buy some but thankfully there were multiple convenient stores in the neighborhood.

SHAMELESS

The so-called Medhi, who is the contact person, is a complete and utter scoundrel. We forgot a swimsuit and a shirt, and he kept them for no reason. We called him on several occasions to stop by and pick them up, and it was all excuses, until he wouldn't even answer the phone anymore. What a way to treat guests. Shameless thief!!

Good location, clean, and reasonably priced. It took a while for the room to warm up, and I didn’t receive check-in information until I arrived. No one was there to open the door because the property has no reception; you get codes for the main entrance and your room. Apparently this was because they didn’t have the guest’s phone number from Hotels.com.

The room was really dated. For cleanliness, it was OK. No person in attendance at the reception though. Location just OK
