Good.

I spent the full Easter week of 2025 staying at this hotel, among the few in Zamora that for those dates does not have abusive prices and also allows canceling the reservation, which most hotels in Zamora do not allow canceling reservation for those dates. Spacious and comfortable room, wifi worked. Removed from the center but perfectly viable to go and back on foot. The hot water worked, the TV didn't get to put it in 9 days, in 2026 I'll return to Holy Week Zamora, to this same place

Terrible

The truth is that if I could give it negative points, I would. A stay that was not at all pleasant to be able to rest for a few hours was a disaster, the room was not clean at all, the air conditioning did not work well, no hot water, instead of 1 bed they put us in one with 3, the soap dispensers were empty, I wasn't even there for half an hour, they didn't even ask for my ID, they just wrote it down on a sheet of paper, the person who attended to me made me wait because they were attending to the restaurant, there was no one at reception, let's just say it was a disaster. They did not want to give me the complaint form and I could not stay because I was going to miss a train.

There is much room for improvement.

They take forever to bring the food; we had to get up 20 times to ask for things, we put the cutlery and glasses ourselves, in short, a lot to improve, the food was average.

Locked in for the night!!

Apart from being hard to find - it sits in a transport park, the staircase and corridor to the rooms has a very strong smell of cleaning products the actual worst thing is that you are locked in between the hours of 12 and 8.00 am. We found this out when trying to take dogs out at 7.00 am the door was locked and no staff on site. There was a notice on the door giving two numbers to call and apologising for the inconvenience but no-one answered! We couldn't get out of the building until the breakfast staff arrived about 7.45. Our rooms were situated at the very far end of the corridor on the first floor and it was then we also realised there are no fire exits on the first floor, the only way out is back along this corridor and down the main stairs to the locked front exit! If you value your family's safety, under no circumstances stay here!!

Truckers stop

They try hard but THERE IS NO FIRE ESCAPE NOR ANY PROVISIONS IN THE EVENT OF FIRE. YOU ARE LOCKED IN AT 12PM!!.
