Rooms are large and accommodating. They are clean and the linens are standard.
The staff is EXCELLENT !! They are like a family friendly and kind.
You get fresh made donuts or frozen burritos and OJ for breakfast, delivered to your room upon request and the coffee is always available.
The pool and hot tub are clean and there are tables and sun chairs to relax on.
Soft serve ice cream is available 24/7 from the front desk.
Pets are allowed for a small fee.
The area is by a school and there is a fantastic day spa (Jillian's) and great food available at Asian Cafe across the street.

Look elsewhere!
When we arrived the front desk clerk was assisting another patron check in. As soon as she was done she answered the phone first before helping us and we were next in line. We were tired from a long day and I just wanted to rest in our room so I was a bit annoyed at how long the clerk was on the phone with a customer. She should have put that person on hold and helped us first! There weren’t any convenient places to sit and wait either in the lobby.
The front desk clerk then asked us if we wanted a frozen breakfast burrito or homemade donuts for breakfast? That was when it was time to realize we had booked a stay in an establishment that was below the standards we like. The room had a terrible smell (mold?), rug had multiple stains, the edges of the bathroom door were dirty with peeling paint, the furniture was extremely dated and worn out. I could go on but won’t. I’ll say this-the bed was comfy and I liked being able to open the window to get a fresh breeze. Having a full size coffee maker was a plus, too. Bottom line is if you are of meager income and have a big family then this is your place! Where else can you rent a room for $150 that sleeps six people easily? Plus, I’m sure children just love their homemade donuts for breakfast. (They deliver the food to your door in the morning on a tray).
The only reason we didn’t immediately leave and find other lodging was that everything was booked up in town and it was late! So we bit the bullet and stayed. We skipped their meal options & ate breakfast in town. I’d rate this place a 6 out of 10.

The suite was of good size and was clean. There was a kitchenette but no one single utensil provided. I loved the heat lamp in the bathroom to cut down the chilling after a hot shower-something even a 5-star hotel does not provide.
The bad: There is a sewage odor around the walkway from the room to the parking lot. We had to make our own bed with the linen provided- a big no no especially after a long trip. I would have giving this a 3.5 star were it not for the bad making chore.
For those who visit Murphys , do realize that the town is totally dead after 8 or 9 pm. The only place you can get food later is at the Shell Gas station. The "freshly made" sandwiches stored in the frige there turned out to be water logged and inedible.

Everything was wonderful we stayed one night there I booked three rooms for me and my cousin visiting from out of state with four kids all rooms were very clean spacious and has everything you can think of to make us comfortable like at home staff were very helpful when checked in and the next day in the morning it was my first time up there if I go up there again that’s where I will stay.

Really gone down hill. We’ve stayed here a few times over the years and the accommodations continue to decline. Has not been updated at all over the 30 years we’ve been there. Carpets stained and dirty, fixtures felt grimy and bathtub had not been cleaned (hair in the tub). Terrible stains and dirty in the bathroom. I will never stay here again!
