But before that when we arrived on our first day, staff were very friendly. Tanan sila, walai pili. We are here in Cebu for a doctor’s appointment for my youngest. So far, all in our favor. Praise God. Plus what is also worthwhile is our stay in Radisson Blu. All staff were amazingly friendly from Day 1 to our Day 3, though we a bit minor misunderstanding but the team was able to fix and resolved it.
Today August 8 is our last day of stay here and it is my Husband Chris birthday, the Feria Family was so generous to sing a Happy Birthday to him and they surprised him with a birthday cake. We are so happy of the experience. Thanks guys. Will come back again next Feb 11 for our doctor’s check-up. Hope to see you all again soon and hopefully pool will be open by then.
By the way, checking out August 9 early morning pa. So we still have 1 day to enjoy the services. Thanks guys!

NO ROOM TEMPERATURE CONTROLS
WALL THERMOSTATS ARE ONLY DECORATIONS - DO NOT RAISE OR LOWER ROOM TEMPERATURE. A cold room is more tolerable in the summer heat then rainy winter days. We are used to using the hair dryer to warm it up a little.

We certainly do not want our guests to have to resort to using a hair dryer to make their room more comfortable.

Family trip
The hotel needs new linens, pillows, towels and friendliness of staff should be reviewed including room services.
