Estancia Uno 2.0

This is my second time to stay here for consecutive years. Supposed to be a birthday getaway with my son but due to the new sched of deped my son decided not to go with me.
Location wise it super near Willy’s Rock and Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Perfect if you want some peaceful stay (or an introvert like me)
Rooms are very spacious (with hot and cold shower). Beach towels are also provided if you will for it. Everyday they change the bathroom towels. Clean the room and maintain it well. Robes are also provided.
Stay here are really valued for your money. Staff here are very nice. They will really make you feel welcome. Would like to commend the F&B staff (most especially Sir Nelmar) for treating me like a princess during my stay as well as Ms. Diane from FO (for answering all my queries). Also to the manager (thank you for allowing me to stay early in the room upon arrival! Appreciate it heaps!)
If you have trip to Boracay please do stay here if you want worthy of your money. Definitely would love to come back!
TIP: attend travel expo (got my room half the price of their published room rates)

Excellent service

A huge shoutout to the front desk (Ms. Diane) for the fantastic service. The receptionist was polite, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a positive attitude, and handled every request with genuine care.

We did all kinds of activities

It was great! we did activities such as snorkeling, diving, and paddling. I also enjoyed the bar and resto’s

ESTACI UNO REVIEW PRE LABORACAY 2026

Location is secluded from the main bldg among the ruins of an old hotel. Atmosphere is like the cheap condo units in Manila, rooms are quite fair but value for money is unsatisfactory considering other nearby good cront beach hotels nearby. The rooms are clean, noice level is barely audible due to its secluded location, service is good though some staff are not attentive at the fron beach beds. Amenities need improvement especially elevators for rooms 3 floors up.

One of the most welcoming people in Boracay!

Ambiance is relaxing. However, our room although well maintained, has structural problems:
1. Door is not exact to the door frame, so there's a small opening so mosquitoes keeps coming in throughout our stay.
2. Our cr reeks a bit, it's not dirty by any means it just reeks maybe from faulty plumbing.
All of the staff are very nice! They assist us whenever we go out. All of ur requests were immediately done and our room is tidied up whenever we return. We appreciate them so much specially that my wife has sprained ankle; they never lacked the support we need.
