Fantastic reception staff

We drove to the end of Finland and stayed one night in Hotel Utsjoki. It was just fantastic. The rooms are very cozy, the staff very friendly and even the breakfast was good.
We had such a good sleep as it was so quiet there.
The reception staff was just outstanding.
We will be back

Bad food in the restaurant

The food in the restaurant was poor but expensive. The house special should be something good but this really was not! It included toast, pineaple slice, fries from freezer, breaded stake and a LOT of majonese like sauce.

Comfy hotel

Somewhat shabby looking building but the hotel was comfy enough. Some newly renovated rooms were available but i took cheaper, not yet renovated room; it was plain but clean and comfy. The best part was the view from the window to river Utsjoki.
From the behind of the hotel one can find some benches facing the river and it was an awesome view from there.
Breakfast buffet was good and versatile enough. Staff was friendly.
It was a nice one nifgt stay ans I'd go back again.

Grandios

Das Glashaus des Hotelli Utsjoki ist einfach genial.
Der weite Blick auf den Fluss, an den Himmel und nach Norwegen einfach nur super.
Auch die Unterkunft im Haupthaus und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Restaurant mit a la Carte Essen ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen .

Ruoka ravintolassa

Kävimme mieheni kanssa syömässä hotellin ravintolassa. Kasvisruokani oli 3 palleroa ja tomaattisotkua ympärillä hintaan n. 20 e?! Jälkiruokaa oli pakko ottaa, kun nälkä ei lähtenyt. Meinasin nauruun purskahtaa, kun tarjoilija toi valkosuklaamoussea. Kulhossa häämötti pohjalla parin lusikallisen verran moussea. Tuli kyllä niin ryöstetty olo. Tosi kallista! Olisi edes ikkunalaudoilta pyyhkineet kuolleet kärpäset pois. Nukkavieru paikka, never again.
