Excellent hotel. Warm Welcoming
The staff, efficient, is always ready to facilitate the stay.
Excellent Price quality ratio for the kitchenette room, buffet breakfast and very convenient parking.
We can't wait to get back.

Very friendly staff
The staff make this a wonderful place to stay, they were all extremely friendly, helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. They are all a credit to your company

Very disappointed!
Arriving at the property around 5.30pm we had to wait more than 20 minutes for our check-in which took place in the property opposite (First Inn) because there is no one at the reception of the Suite-Home! We then asked to cancel the reservation of the Jacuzzi and there fills the scam, impossible to cancel it by the receptionist in place taking refuge behind incoherent T&Cs because even if you want to use the relaxation area, you must "book" (a second time) your slot by arriving on site! Given the time lost at check-in, we no longer wanted to wait for this service, hence our cancellation request.
Result: we paid 14 € of Jacuzzi which we were not able to cancel or use (because of the time lost at check-in).
Arriving in the room we noticed a deplorable state of general hygiene: stained sheet, small animals on the floor, perforated curtains, separating curtains between the living room and sleeping area torn / untied, dirty dishes, dirty hob and finally the air conditioning box that displayed an error code and the air conditioning that did not work. Fortunately the person we contacted then (a young man) was able to unblock the situation regarding air conditioning....thanks to him.
We had been to this property 8 years ago, and were very disappointed this time. We will not come back and recommend to anyone.

Very nice
We benefited from the jaccuzi service, very pleasant because privatized.
Full breakfast sweet and savoury.
Easy parking in an inner courtyard reserved for the hotel.
