Excellent stay

Excellent welcome. Everything was perfect. Only regret not having met the new owner but promised I will return with family in spring or summer to enjoy. The pool. The property is beautiful and the room well decorated

Charming and cozy accomodations with a fabulous host

This charming BNB is everything you would expect and more. The location is close to Arles yet far enough away that you get a quiet, lovey, natural setting. Free off street parking is provided. The property has a welcoming atmosphere, a beautiful spacious courtyard, common seating areas with fireplace and tables for relaxing. Breakfast featured; croissants, french bread, cheese, meat, yogurt, and several homemade jams was included. Scrambled eggs were also available upon request. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay there. Both were very clean, cozy and quaintly decorated. Beds were super comfortable. The rooms had extra amenities such as a small mini-fridge, hot water kettle, coffee cups and glasses. Each had a private bathroom with shower, good water pressure, plenty of towels and a heated towel drying rack. Well behaved pets were welcomed. The wonderful new owner/host, Thierry, is pleasant, accommodating and very helpful. He speaks English along with a few other languages.

Dirty, overpriced and unfriendly

Simply impossible!!!
No reception (not even in the stated 2.5 hour check-in time window). Room dirty, dusty, cobwebs. Bed uncomfortable. Walls paper thin, you could hear the neighbors snoring at night. Towels a case for the old clothes bin. Bad internet.
My emails and calls were coldly ignored.
Breakfast from 8.30 - 9.30 (!!!)
Raw, wobbly scrambled eggs (even after being fried again on request). Every slice of cheese and ham had to be asked for or begged for in person. Baguette burnt.
Yoghurt, jam and pastries good though.
I have never experienced such an attitude and unfriendliness, if not even arrogance.
They behave as if you are tolerated but not welcome. And at 100 euros per night for this room and this breakfast and this "service" it is a bottomless impertinence.
Never, never again!

Inhospitable guest room

If you are looking for an inhospitable B&B you will find it at Mas d'Eymard.
Nobody on the day of our arrival, keys left on a counter.
In the morning at breakfast no exchange with a refusal for fried eggs because the scrambled eggs were already available!!! with 8 people that night!!!
Just a ''your room is sorted'' as a greeting.
In short, the opposite of bed and breakfast culture. To avoid.

Bonjour Philippe,
Je suis sincèrement désolé de cette mauvaise expérience.
J'ai repris le Mas depuis début Avril et je suis effaré de voir le laisser aller lors des derniers mois d'exploitation avant le changement de propriétaire.
Nous n'allons pas tout rendre parfait du jour au lendemain mais mon équipe et moi faisons le maximum pour rendre le séjour de nos invités le plus agréable possible.
Encore toutes nos excuses et nous serions heureux de vous préparer des œufs à votre convenance lors d'un éventuel et hypothétique prochain séjour.

Beautiful

We stayed two nights in this lovely farmhouse in the Arles countryside just a few minutes drive from the historic centre.
Spacious, modern and comfortable room with kitchenette.
Simple breakfast but with quality products.
Swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
Bastien, the owner, a kind and polite young boy, took care of us.
