Old Pension
As for the breakfast at 13€ it is very summary and made of products of mediocre quality. Doesn’t look like the usual Ibis, no effort to make this place match its high Award. When we reported it, we were told it was normal as there was no competition in the sector!....
Only positive aspect: a very welcoming young night receptionist.

Ibis Budget Auch
On the other hand the room is old, the cot was not made (there was a bag with a duvet inside, so bed to make ourselves while we had booked well with a child).
And what about the bedding that is not really one anymore: mattresses without any comfort, bed that cracks at the slightest gesture, bad pillows ..
Air conditioning horribly noisy even when stationary it made noise all night.
Breakfast: nothing exceptional.
On the other hand, yogurts without operculum (homemade for a hotel of this "standing"?), no compote or things that can please a child.

Effectivement, le lit superposé n'est pas fait puisque c'est au check-in que la chambre est automatiquement attribuée.
Nous sommes désolés du bruit de la climatisation et du manque de confort de la literie. Nous regrettons que vous n'en ayez pas informé la réception IBIS (ouverte 24/24) qui aurait pu vous proposer un délogement.
Le petit-déjeuner propose des produits variés pouvant convenir aux petits et aux grands : viennoiseries, madeleines, confitures, pâte à tartiner, une machine à cuire les oeufs, oeufs brouillés et saucisses, céréales, fromages, charcuterie, fruits frais, etc...
Depuis quelques années, le groupe Accor s'est engagé dans la réduction des déchets. Les emballages individuels (yaourt, compote, salade de fruits) ont été remplacés par du vrac.
