Shortcomings

Good bedding, do not look at the wear and tear too closely.
Very disappointed with the breakfast where at 9:00 there was nothing left and the two people who were in charge of restocking were overwhelmed by the situation. Too bad because we had a good impression of ACE hotels

A typical businessman’s cheap stay hotel. Think Premier Inn on a budget. For what it is it’s great VFM but it’s in the middle of an industrial area with nowhere to eat close by. The receptionist said minimum 5 minutes by car. On the other side the staff are super helpful. Had an issue with my bike and they were very accommodating while we waited for the breakdown truck.

Dirty, horrible service

We stopped for one night during a heatwave, with my pregnant wife and 3 year old daughter. Upon arrival, we were informed that the air conditioning war broken, there was no way to fix it that day, and that there were no other hotels available in the area (the woman at reception seemed to be particularly pleased to let us know that we were trapped in our stifling room). They offered a complimentary breakfast, which we refused, and then said there was nothing they could do about a price reduction unless we wrote to management. Awful customer service.
The room was also dirty, as though it hadn't been vacuumed, and when this was pointed out, the reception said "that's handled by a third party" - as though it wasn't their responsibility. Genuinely, truly an awful hotel.

The room was tidy but there was so space. We had room for 2 adults and 2 children and child’s sofa was placed in the way, blocking access to the desk. Breakfast was very poor, I regretted buying it. Scrambled eggs made out of powder. Only highly processed and sugary items. Nothing substantial for breakfast. Nothing for vegetarians.
