Concierge very available and very nice.
Negative: Apartment dated, old, in its juice of the 80s. It might be acceptable, if only...
Dirty, beyond the wrong exit cleaning, not done at all, a big spring cleaning is necessary with a minimum of maintenance to eliminate this mold present in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, redo the paintings, even change this sofa bed not comfortable at all.

Good value for money for a budget stay.
We're a 5-minute walk from a pretty nice beach, and Carantec at the end of September is super quiet.
I don't regret my stay at all, it corresponded to what I had read in the reviews.
A good address for a small budget.
There is no WiFi, so remember to increase your gigabytes or leave the cell phone at the bottom of the bag, it's a good detox from social networks. Or like me, subscribe to an option with more gigs because I didn't succeed in the detox.

Mitigée
Logement sale et malodorant à notre arrivée ce qui n a pas eu l air de déranger la conciergerie
Les équipements sont vieux canapé sale et plaid dessus encore plus sale et malodorant . Non changé malgré nos commentaires …

Honteux
Lors de notre arrivée, nous sommes agréablement surprise par l'emplacement car la plage est à 100 mètres même pas.
Mais nous dechantons assez vite. Lors de notre état des lieux, on se rend compte que l'appartement est vieillot mais la personne qui nous fait visiter et assez évasive et par assez vite. Nous en profitons pour faire un tour dans l'appartement... Et la, volet d'une des chambres qui ne s' ouvrent plus et une odeur d'humidité, notre fils a dormit avec nous dans le clic clac, dans la salle de bain, la porte battante de douche ne se ferme pas ( pratique pour se doucher), prises apparentes, saleté dans tous l'appartement, du gras, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas, micro-ondes des années 60,VMC d'une crasse pas possible, le sol est dégueulasse, les oreillers sentent mauvais, les murs sont sales... La piscine n'en parlons pas, il faut surtout pas ce baigner au risque d'attraper des maladies . C'est une honte de louer cette appartement et surtout au prix de 330 euros pour 2 nuits (4 adultes et 1 enfants).
Il faudrait envoyer un pro contrôler et mettre se propriétaire en demeure afin de rénover ce logement.
