Good stay, pleasant, easy visit to the area

We rented one of the top floor F2 (2 bedrooms + main room) at the beginning of April, so part of this review is put back in this rather quiet context.
In summary: this residence seems to me a good starting point, to visit the area, and I will return without question. I enjoyed my stay.
There is no permanent welcome, which is normal, since this is not a hotel. And it is likely that you are dealing with the people who manage the day of your arrival, except in case of problems or if you meet them by chance during one of their passage. Nice contact.
The common areas are pretty, and there is a small elevator/lift, which is great for the elderly or for dropping off heavy luggage.
Advantages:
- functional, clean, nice decoration, well equipped
- excellent bedding
- a lot of free parking within 100 m of the hotel, and also 5 or 6 places right in front of the hotel. Possibility to pay an extra charge to book a place in advance in the small parking lot of the hotel. First half of April: no problem parking on the street, in front of the accommodation or a few steps away
Disadvantages:
- for the apartments under the attic (3rd floor), beware of large sizes: we are underslope, if you are 1m90 or more, it could be quite embarrassing, you risk hitting your head in several places => in this case favor the apartments of the lower floors
- sofa bed rather uncomfortable, in its use pure sofa (not tested in bed mode)
- parquet flooring that creaks in some places: it could be awkward if you intend to operate the sofa bed in the main room, unless the people sleeping there have a good sleep
In between: the hotel is right next to a roundabout
If you look out onto the street and have a very light sleep (like me), with quies balls/noise-cancelling stoppers, it passes without problem. If you usually sleep well, it should not be necessary: the windows have double glazing, the sound insulation is rather good. Note: in our accommodation, there was a room further from the street, so even quieter.
Otherwise, the residence itself was very quiet. I think it's related to the period, and probably a good sound insulation.

Excellent establishment

Excellent establishment, I really recommend it.
Marina, the manager, is adorable and caring!!! I take this opportunity to send him lots of kisses for his kindness and generosity.
The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished.
Don't hesitate, go for it

Great stay

Hello I stayed at the Residence Plaisance few times in 2023. Each time on business. I have seen 5 different flats.
They were all nice , cleaned with comfy beds and well equipped.
I definitely recommend and return there soon.

C'est un piège, soyez prudent lorsque vous vous y rendez et lisez très attentivement votre accord avec le propriétaire. Il n'y a pas de réception, donc si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, vous êtes seul. Ils ignorent leurs clients lorsqu'ils les appellent au téléphone. Soyez prudent car ils utiliseront parfois leur clé pour entrer dans votre chambre sans votre permission, alors ne laissez pas d'objets de valeur et ne vous promenez pas nu.

Bruyant

Residence bruyante car située sur un rond-point et pas d insonorisation entre les appartements.
Équipements de qualité basique avec un canapé très inconfortable
J ai été vraiment déçue et ne recommande pas ce logement
