Lamentable hotel.
Cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
No soap in the shower.
Clogged toilet.
86 degrees in the room, no AC or fan
No water pressure
Lights around the bed, 1 out of 4 working

Absurd.
We booked a room by phone at the price of 57 euros without breakfast, we are received by a rather helpful receptionist.
She does not necessarily know how to process the ANCV connect check payment method, so she suggests waiting for her colleague to pay by this method (the agreed price of 57 euros).
She then gave us the room keys.
My daughter and my partner settled in, went to bed, we were tired!
The new receptionist arrives, it is 11:00 PM, the receptionist who checked us in leaves the establishment, he informs me that they do not accept the ANCV connect payment method.
I am then going to pay by card but, surprise, the price is now 110 euros!
I am not going to pay double the price agreed upon by reservation and 5 minutes earlier.
We have to leave the room!
I express my dissatisfaction without shouting, perhaps with a tone of voice that carries, but,
I am calm, I inform him of my intention to provide feedback on the incident; he then called the police and invited us to leave the premises.
We waited for the police to explain ourselves in the parking lot with a 3-year-old child at 12:00 AM, km away from our home; given the non-urgent situation, the police did not arrive, and we left the premises.
I do not wish this experience on anyone...

Shameful.
3-star hotel but no air conditioning! We spent a terrible, dreadful night in a room that resembled more of a sauna than anything else! It must have been between 95 and 104°F in the room (closer to 104 in my opinion, if not more), with a simple fan blowing hot air! Heatwave on red alert: a SHAME to welcome guests under these conditions! It is urgent for management to take the necessary steps to install air conditioning, at least a temporary one, for both their guests and their staff who suffered just as much! On the second night, we fled to our next stop prematurely and hurriedly in the middle of the night to reach an air-conditioned Formula 1 hotel 4 hours away!!! (we thus paid for 2 hotels for the same night!)
I do not recommend this hotel, which moreover, has no elevator. Access to the hotel is not easy, being on a highway rest area: be careful not to miss the exit!
Needs a refresh, poorly arranged bathroom and an old hairdryer. Decent breakfast.
Kudos to the staff, who were kind and understanding despite everything.
