Discovery in Guer

Discovery of this star that we were looking at for a while. A little drive from Vannes anyway.
Quality wine list with a beautiful discovery. A slight imbalance in emotions depending on the plates, sometimes at the starry level like the mastery of dessert and starter, and on other dishes a little less. Try again next time

Absolutely superb hotel and restaurant

Superlative hotel and restaurants in central Brittany. Our expectations were high and they were exceeded - top quality from check-in to check-out, We used this as our base for Le Tour and this allowed to eat in the Michelin in the first night and the bistro on the second night. Both delicious with great wines. Special shout-out to Matteo and the sommeliere.

Perfectly clean room with top quality toiletries. Luxurious towels/bath robes/slippers: great for going outside to the hot tub which had a lovely view of the garden, nice to relax in after a day of traveling. Excellent dinner/wine in the Bistro, very attentive staff, even though our French isnt top notch we conversed ok, plentiful breakfast and a bag to take away anything not consumed which proved valuable. I would highly recommend this hotel and the village has a great selection of shops.
