To be absolutely avoided
We had booked three rooms and as soon as we arrived one of the cards did not work. With their “self-help” system, it is impossible to get help quickly. We waited more than 45 minutes in corridors filled with flies before someone finally arrived with a functional map.
The staff was extremely unpleasant and haughty, especially a certain Mohamed on the phone, unable to speak properly to customers or handle a problem professionally.
The worst part is the parking: we asked explicitly where we could park and were told to leave the car in front of the hotel, without warning that on Sunday morning parking is forbidden because of the market. The sign is almost invisible and no information was given to us despite our exchanges with the hotel. As a result, the car was impounded and additional costs were incurred to recover it.
The most shocking thing is that, according to the police and the impound staff, it happens constantly with guests at this hotel and the property doesn’t even bother to warn its guests. So they are perfectly aware of the problem but keep letting people get trapped.
No excuses, no assumption of responsibility, no proposed solution. This hotel combines lack of organization, total lack of customer service and contempt for guests.
To be avoided if you do not want to turn your stay into a nightmare and lose extra money.

Family meals
Without being snobbish but sweatshirt and passable jeans, it's not great!
An effort would be I think necessary!

3rd time we come, the services remain correct but the hotel deteriorates.
The chests did not work in 2 bedrooms, the air conditioning did not work in 1 bedroom, no door between the bathroom / toilet and the room (small), the duvet (certainly washed) made uncomfortable “big bouloches”, the support of the hair dryer not fixed fell on me....
