Convincing with charm and good location

We had booked our room 54 for several days as a family. We felt very comfortable, especially the location of the hotel was very good for our activities. We also appreciated the special charm of the whole house.

Love!!! Totally recommend.

We have visited this hotel twice in the past year and each time it is amazing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are GORGEOUS! Totally chic and paris vibe, especially the balcony’s - so many tourists walked by and took a photo of the hotel! Very good location near opera, what we particularly liked is how safe and quiet the area around the hotel left. Room was cleaned everyday ( sorry maids for the mess ☹️) and beds were made which was a nice surprise. Even through it was a heatwave in paris we were provided with powerful fans which were very efficient! Definitely our go to hotel in Paris and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

Lovely hotel, great location

2nd time we have stayed here.
Myself and my my 2 daughter 19 and 13.
All the staff are lovely, rooms cleaned everday and the location is great. Tucked away but 2 mins away from loads loads of places to eat and little supermarkets. We will be returning to paris again next year and we will be returning to the alba opera

Amazing amazing hotel

I absolutely love this hotel. Nearby has shops, restaurants and everything you need. The staff are lovely, rooms are clean and get cleaned regularly. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Terrible

We stayed at this property for only one night, July 16, despite having booked from July 16 to 19. I must premise that the hotel is a cute hotel, which reflects a retro air, with a very beautiful vintage elevator and truly kind staff, BUT which unfortunately deceives customers with an omission both on the site and on the room sales channels because upon arrival we realized that there was no air conditioning in the room. We had booked a Superior Suite, even paying a hefty amount (more than 900 euros) to find ourselves in a room where objectively there could have been 28 degrees. In a room with carpet, wood, and heavy blackout curtains, the heat could not go away with two floor fans that were also noisy... it was useless to open the windows because the heat from outside was greater... the only cool room was the bathroom. The travel agency, guilty of not having informed itself, tried in vain to change the hotel with a refund, I myself spoke with the reception which obviously stonewalled regarding the idea of letting us stay only one night and refunding us because, precisely, they are not clear regarding the fact that they do not have air conditioners on the internet... one thing they gave me was another fan. At night we must have had 30 degrees in the room. We did not sleep. We were sweating while sitting still. The children did not close their eyes until 4. In short, the next day we ran away to another hotel... and so we paid for two properties... in a few words, do not go there in the summer. In winter it will certainly be cozy...
